Kiln condition problems

     When the kiln current is relatively high, but the kiln temperature is not enough, it is usually caused by the insufficient combustion speed of pulverized coal. In terms of small air volume, it mainly occurs when the volatile matter of pulverized coal is high. The formation mechanism is that the volatile matter consumes more oxygen and releases carbon dioxide, resulting in the lack of oxygen concentration around the rear fixed carbon, while the combustion speed is reduced and the temperature concentration is not enough, The liquid phase is relatively dispersed, the adverse effect is that the clinker is porous, the kiln condition is relatively fragile and difficult to control.

Adaptability

     Low quality coal is a strong point. Due to the small amount of primary air (including coal air), large thrust, abnormal full and uniform mixing of air and coal, and very flexible flame adjustment, it has a strong adaptability to burning low-quality coal (inferior coal, low volatile coal, anthracite, brown, gas coal, etc.). Anthracite is characterized by low volatile, high fixed carbon, unstable combustion, but once burned, the firepower is very hard, the phenomenon of damage to the kiln skin occurs from time to time, it is easy to red kiln. However, the NJ type four channel burner has a small orifice nozzle at the outlet, which can make the clean air into the kiln mix with the secondary air quickly. Therefore, the flame temperature rises quickly, which is more conducive to saving coal and increasing production. For the reliability of a complete set of burners, it is very important from design and material selection to manufacturing and processing. Because its working environment is the worst. Therefore, there are three basic requirements for the coal injection pipe: no deformation and no burning of the head; There is no leakage and wear at the lower coal part of the tail; There is no bend in the middle. As far as burner technology is concerned, the above three problems are the three major problems existing in burners at home and abroad. Energy saving

     Energy saving four air duct pulverized coal burner: NJA coal injection pipe is designed and manufactured according to the actual cement kiln parameters. The adjustment range of coal injection is abundant and sufficient, and the good flame required for calcining clinker can be formed in a certain range. Low primary air consumption: the consumption is currently low, only 7-8% (including coal air), and the primary air of small air jet pipe includes the air volume of coal air transmission( At present, the primary air ratio of common burners in the market is 14.0%, and reducing primary air volume is usually one of the most direct methods to save energy and reduce consumption of coal jet pipes. It is also the key factor to reduce coal consumption. High ejection speed: the range of the speed adjustment of each air duct of the four air duct pulverized coal burner is very large, generally, the external air is 180-300m/s, the swirl air is 120-180m/s, the coal air is 20-30m/s, the central air is 30-60m/s, and can be matched with the supply of the fan, and the wind speed can be adjusted flexibly, which brings great convenience to the operation. Characteristics of flame: the characteristics of the flame formed by the burner are good utilization of secondary air, strong fire power and high thermal intensity of combustion. The shape is uniform and regular, and it is circular on any cross section, and it is not split and undivided, and there is no phenomenon of partial fire. The flame is concentrated and powerful, and does not sweep the kiln skin. The kiln skin is especially flat, firm and thick, thus ensuring the fine and even grain of clinker. Not only improve the production quality of the kiln, save coal, but also prolong the life of firebrick greatly.

Energy saving and environmental protection

     High burnout rate of pulverized coal: the heat released by complete combustion of pulverized coal is as much as 3.5 times that of carbon monoxide (CO) generated by incomplete combustion of pulverized coal. If the pulverized coal can not be completely burned, it will not only cost coal, but also lead to unreasonable temperature distribution in the kiln, destroy the thermal system and cause many process accidents, so that the nitrogen oxides exceed the standard, Through the special design of burner nozzle, the burner of our company uses staged air supply and pulverized coal concentrated combustion technology to strengthen the ignition ability and realize stable and efficient combustion. Therefore, the pulverized coal burnout rate is high, and the accurate oxygen supply can be achieved effectively, so as to control the generation of excess nitrogen oxides.

Manufacturing process

     For the problem that the air duct is not concentric caused by the long-term wear of the support plate of the coal air duct, we have developed the ceramic inner support plate after years of experience accumulation, which has increased the service life of the inner support plate of the coal air duct several times. The core part of our company's wear-resistant ceramics lies in the summary of many years' experience. We have developed large-span ceramics and pulverized coal casings, which adopt closed large-area attachment, reducing 70% of the patch gap. Large area sealed attachment can effectively avoid and eliminate the parts that may break through. Under all ceramic patches, we use imported wear-resistant alloy powder technology, The service life of the wear-resistant part of the burner is doubled. The external air is porous. In this porous structure, the jet formed by each small hole in the column is in a circular shape, which can effectively mix with the secondary air to achieve the complete combustion of pulverized coal. In addition, this kind of structure has a long service life (generally, the head of the smoke hood structure has a very short service life, which can be as long as three to four months, or as short as one to two months, and the head needs to be replaced). On the condition that the casting does not fall off, the head of our coal injection pipe does not need to be replaced for at least one to two years according to conservative calculation.

Process details

     According to many years of experience, our company has developed a lengthened nail, which can effectively control the longitudinal growth of the ordinary nail after heating, so that the gap between the burner and the pouring material can be created, and the possibility of large area falling off of the pouring material can be obviously reduced. Welding technology

Test

     The inspection of products is very important. Every part and every process is equipped with a stop point. First, the operator carries out self inspection. After self inspection, it can be submitted to the inspection director to recheck the drawing size of the stop point, and take photos to record. For special materials, we will carry out flaw detection, For the material, we will send 100% to the authoritative Mechanical Research Center for testing and issue a report. The appearance of the product is the last important step. Before the painting of the product, the paint technician will repeatedly check the base metal to make sure that there is no defect before proceeding to the next step.
